A special event was held on Sunday  May 25 to commemorate  the Argentine National Day, “25 de Mayo”, at the Corinthia Hotel, in the city of Tripoli in the State of Libya. Local authorities, members of the Argentine community, diplomats, businessmen and representatives of the media and of culture participated in this act. There were about 100 guests at the event and the  Anthems of Argentina and the State of Libya were played. During  the event,  a couple of tango dancers gave a show that was very appreciated by the audience.  The Charge d'Affaires a.i, Mr. Mauricio Nine delivered a speech.
Videos were presented showing touristic attractions of Argentina and also productive activities taking place in our country.
